COOKING CLASSES FOR ADULTS
Céline Taffarello and the Chef de Cuisine, Philippe Jeansing, offer a cooking class once or twice a month. You will cook a dish and a dessert with seasonal products, or they will reveal the recipe of the “Cassoulet St Felicien”, rewarded the World Champion prize for the Cassoulet de Toulouse in May 2022.
You will learn cooking techniques and the use of fresh products. The course lasts 2 hours and takes place on Saturdays only, from 3pm, in the kitchen of the AUBERGE DU POIDS PUBLIC. We can accommodate a maximum of 7 people per class. Possibility of private lessons on request and availability (minimum 6 people).

COOKING CLASS FOR CHILDREN
Céline Taffarello and Philippe Jeansing run a cooking class for children aged 6 to 12 on Thursdays from 3 to 4.30 pm during the school holidays. The little apprentices will cook with fresh and seasonal products. They will make a starter, a main course and a dessert and take their creations home.

WINE TASTING COURSE
Jean-Pierre PIALOUX, our Maître d’hôtel and sommelier, leads the wine tasting class. He will introduce you to the wines of the South West of France and will initiate you to the techniques of wine tasting. The oenology course starts at 6pm (duration 1h30). You will be offered to taste a platter of cold meats and various cheeses to accompany the wines.
